Subway in Jacksonville

“My experience was wonderful. I came in with a group of 8, and all of us received our food promptly, with exceptional service despite our numbers. There was one worker in particular; Dianne. I’d like to give her some recognition specifically. She was very respectful, and insured all of us had the correct order with speedy service. Thank you Dianne!“

“I now go inside. I usually just hit the drive thu and keep going. I ordered a tuna sub when I got home hardly any veggies that I picked. All I tasted was bread and a little bit of tuna. Been coming at this shop for years. Before they move to this location from by the police station.“

“I came in on 3/18/25 and I was a bit unsure but I asked anyway about seeing a full menu to see the salt content in the sandwiches. Not only was I met with kindness but the two ladies in the front were very courteous to my questions and even helped me build my sandwich to help control my salt intake. I was very pleased with their level of patience and understanding. 10/10 the best Subway I've ever been to because of this. It's hard to find anyone who will answer a question not only willingly but also without grief and attitude. Best part..... That sandwich rocked!!!!

“The manager and staff (Kristin, Keiko, Kailee) all were customer service oriented. We had a huge order--our 6' and 3' subs were amazing and loved by all--beautifully made, dressed, and sides well-packaged for me to take to the canal for a party of 35! We had a snafu with corporate subway's menu, but the manager handled it professionally . We were VERY satisfied.
The shop itself was clean and organized.“

“Kayla was the person that did our subs and let me tell you seriously she has the best attitude and was so sweet and so kind of me my husband and my kiddo made the best subs and my husband always ask for extra mayonnaise and let me tell you that woman put some extra mayonnaise on there!! “I go here frequently (around 20 or so times in a year) and the quality is always consistent, vegetables are fresh and the staff are great. There are a lot of negative reviews complaining about wait times, and that is because this is a smaller subway - so typically only one or 2 people will be working here at a time. I've personally gone here over 20 times and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, the workers are fast and kind. I wouldn’t do online orders here however, since they only typically have one person in the store - your wait times will vary if there's many people already in there ordering or not.“
