Subway in Jacksonville

“My experience was wonderful. I came in with a group of 8, and all of us received our food promptly, with exceptional service despite our numbers. There was one worker in particular; Dianne. I’d like to give her some recognition specifically. She was very respectful, and insured all of us had the correct order with speedy service. Thank you Dianne!“

“The other night I came in right before closing after a really long day. I believe the gentleman’s name was Andrew, but he really did make my day better. Normally when you go somewhere right before closing time, the employee is annoyed, but not him. He greeted me and the gentleman that came in behind me with a smile and some banter. He was just so kind to me after I’d had a long week and I appreciate it so much.“

“Ordered two subs last night about 7:30. Both were surprisingly good since this location usually is awful. The kid that made my steak and cheese did an especially good job, please give him kudos. This is in stark contrast to my visit a few months ago when I walked in to get my order from the rack. This woman was sweeping the floor, was probably Nicole judging by a lot of these reviews, and didn't acknowledge me at all.. didn't even look at me. Whoever she was should find a hole to crawl into to live her miserable life in, it nearly made me never return.. because we all know Jersey Mike's is better and the only reason to order Subway instead is their occasional really good deals.“

“The manager and staff (Kristin, Keiko, Kailee) all were customer service oriented. We had a huge order--our 6' and 3' subs were amazing and loved by all--beautifully made, dressed, and sides well-packaged for me to take to the canal for a party of 35! We had a snafu with corporate subway's menu, but the manager handled it professionally . We were VERY satisfied.
The shop itself was clean and organized.“

“This subway is the best! We just went in to get some info and a sub. The gentleman working was mopping the floor when we walked in he immediately stopped greeted us and asked us what we needed. He gave us the info we needed and then proceeded to make my wife's sub. She gets the same sub from subway every single time he had no problems giving her exactly what she asked for. I am a creature of habit and normally stay with one store but from now on I'm going to be coming to this store for my subs. The environment was clean and inviting the staff was knowledgeable and personable and the sub was absolutely amazing.“

“Kayla was the person that did our subs and let me tell you seriously she has the best attitude and was so sweet and so kind of me my husband and my kiddo made the best subs and my husband always ask for extra mayonnaise and let me tell you that woman put some extra mayonnaise on there!! So kind and haven’t had a sub this good in a while“

“I go here frequently (around 20 or so times in a year) and the quality is always consistent, vegetables are fresh and the staff are great. There are a lot of negative reviews complaining about wait times, and that is because this is a smaller subway - so typically only one or 2 people will be working here at a time. I've personally gone here over 20 times and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, the workers are fast and kind. I wouldn’t do online orders here however, since they only typically have one person in the store - your wait times will vary if there's many people already in there ordering or not.“
