Taco Bell in Wilmington

“This Taco Bell is incredible. The first question they have asked me time to time in the drive thru is "How are you?" No other drive thru has done this. This shows an immense amount of empathy in their establishment. They supply absolute fantastic work but also 100% consideration for their public needs. I recommend them. Their managers are top tier and they treat their staff with respect and flourish in this locations business. There is a great energy going here.“

“The staff was way nicer compared to other taco bells Ive had in Wilmington, and even offered an extra taco and refill when my grandma went back thru the drive thru cause she forgot sauce for her crunchwrap supreme, the shady spot in the parking lot was very nice too“

“I live pretty close to this Taco Bell and I go pretty often most of the time I order online. I’ve never had a bad experience here they always Are pretty quick and they put the right amount of ingredients in there I never get skimped on like meat or anything like that. This last time I went I sat in the drive-through a little longer than normal and they threw in an extra Seasoned potatoes with cheese and apologized for the wait Which really wasn’t that long. Not gonna get anything like that at any other fast food restaurant. The workers are always friendly to me as well.“

“A rarely write reviews but just had to say I wish I had the name of the woman working the drive thru on 1/26 around 7pm. She was incredibly kind and even though I had to wait a few minutes she checked everything to make sure my order was correct. It’s rare to have such great service like that in fast food. So kudos to her for going above and beyond. She honestly made my night a little better.“

“Big turn around. I used to work at a Taco Bell, I get it. It ain’t fun. But whoever the new employees are are bossing up. My order is right 90% of the time and they use all the ingredients that the recipe calls for. Very impressed. A month ago they would order for you essentially giving you whatever they decided you wanted. Thank you for providing what is asked for and putting effort into your jobs. It really shows ?“

“In all fairness we came in like 6 minutes before lunch and we wanted sausage breakfast crunchwraps, and we were told it was fine. When we gotten home they were made incorrectly, so we called to complain. The manager on duty was 100% courteous and accommodating and I was blown away by her willingness to make everything right. Thank you so much for your consideration. We really appreciate it alot!!“

“Of course it's taco bell, but I have to say it's the best one in and around Wilmington. Our order got backed up and the manager put extra frys and apologized. The wait wasn't all too long. Great service and communication. For fast food restaurants this one gets a 5 from me.“
