Carolina Cheese Co. is a lovely deli with friendly staff and great food. The portions are generous and well-priced. The downtown Reuben and chicken salad with cranberries and pecans on a croissant are delicious. The grilled cheese for kids is a hit. They also offer a tasty Friday after Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. However, on busy days like Saturdays, the wait for food can be quite long.
