What we ordered was good. I just couldn't get what I wanted due to the smoothie machine being down. This has happened more than once. I get that this is a smaller location. The selection just seems very limited.
The cashiers there were extremely courteous. While the front cashier was taking the order, the one working in drive-thru was making the order at the same time. This is quite a change from a few of my previous experiences with Dairy Queen. We actually had such poor customer service before that we had not returned for about four months.
I gave 4 stars for the ice cream but not for the employees. Initially, the service was good but after my young children and I received our order, things changed. Apparently, 2 off duty employees came in to visit the on duty employees and thats when the cussing started. From the "F" word to "GD" to other words. I mean no consideration for my small children sitting there. I was furious! I am filing a complaint with the company today!
