The food was very tasty made fresh. The problem was is. I ordered online and arrived 15 minutes after the pick up time and I ended up waiting another 20 minutes in the lobby, kept being told fresh chickens coming out and then they would immediately pack it up and stick it out the drive through window. The manager, when she wasn't stuffing her face with macaroni and cheese and yelling at the employees, she would spend the rest of her time hiding in the back and pretend to be making fries and potato cakes.

Not really sure if it's worth the wait.

Parking: At least 15 parking spots.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots, located near a extra wide door for wheelchair access.

Definitely living off the built up routines of the surrounding community. Food was lukewarm at best and staff was more interested in goofing off instead of making my order.

I waited there with only one person in line for 10 minutes to get my order. Then it took over 20 minutes to get my food. Didnt get it all because they were out of the icing that went on it. It was the new blue berry cobbler biscuit. Then didnt even get refunded for it cause nobody knew how to do it. I don't really blame the 3 people working at the time. I blame the manager. I'm sure they need help so not really their fault either. Just bad business. It hard for 1 person to run the whole show.

Was willing to wait for fresh food, but being understaffed doesn't equal repeatedly making the wrong order. Very unprofessional customer service. Terrible attitude and will not be visiting this store again.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes to try and order. Then when it's my turn to order I wait for another 10 minutes to not even to be told "we'll be right with you". 40 minutes of my day wasted. No food, not even an order.

Stopped by 1/8/25. The restaurant was a mess. Trash all over the floors. Bought 2 chicken sandwiches. When I got home, the chicken was not cooked. Won't be back.
