The food is very good, salty, but good, and meets expectations of this chain. However, another location falls short, with a dirty prep area, careless food handling, and old-tasting fries. The workers are friendly and in clean uniforms, and restaurant tables and chairs are wiped and clean. Despite some service issues, staff members shine with their customer service skills, but can be slow to serve, especially at the drive through, where wait times can be up to 20 minutes.
