I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes on Bo rounds that I was told would be 5 minutes. I could understand if you were slammed or super busy but there hasn’t been one single car come through the drive thru since I pulled up. This is by far the worst BOJANGLES I’ve ever been to. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here either with waiting more than 20 minutes.
