“Food had great flavor. I had the all white quarter chicken and truffle fries with a 22 oz Celtic Ale. Drink was prepared for. Me to take to my table of choice (I chose outside). I had my food before 1/4 of my drink was gone. My daughter got the All American Burger and mac-n-cheese with tea. The price is reasonable for the great service, atmosphere, food and beer received. I will definitely be back!“

“We were heading to Winston Salem to visit someone in the hospital when my niece sent me a TikTok from Jas and Kam’s food reviews featuring Heff’s Burger Club. The food looked amazing in their video, so we knew we had to check it out.

We stopped by mid-afternoon on a Thursday and it wasn’t too busy, which gave us a chance to really take in the place. The vibe was super cool with unique, interesting decor that made it feel like a hidden gem.

I went with the Piggy Wiggy — a juicy smash burger with crispy bacon, topped off with spicy ketchup and Duke’s mayo. Let me just say, this burger did not disappoint! The flavors worked perfectly together and the bacon was cooked just right — crispy and full of flavor. The fries were a great side, crispy and well-seasoned.

Overall, this place really delivered. The food, the vibe, and the whole experience were top-notch. Highly recommend if you’re in Winston Salem and looking for a great burger spot!“

“The prices have increased and the portion size is smaller than I remember. But even still, I struggled to finish the burger tray with double fries. The burger was so delicious it's mind-blowing that's it's fast food. The only issue anyone could have is the wait time. It was about 30 minutes. But the food is made to order and you know it because it's so fresh when you get it. The staff was very friendly. I want to write more because it was great, but now I have the itis and I'm going to sleep with a nice full belly

“I have to say, the customer service here was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, beautiful young lady named Danaisa with a warm smile. She had such a great sense of humor—when I asked her to say "hi" again, she laughed and did it without hesitation! I mentioned that I had been to two other restaurants that day, and neither offered service like this. The moral of the story? If you don’t get treated the way I did by Danaisa, walk right out!

“I was running errands, stopped here for the first time in my life to get a sandwich. I ordered the Italian sub without 1000 island dressing, (I've worked in and run restaurants for about 20 years, never heard of 1000 Island dressing on an Italian sub.), got home, sat down, and first bite had the collagen rind on the pepperoni. Said rind is supposed to be removed before slicing the meat, but not a big deal, I took the sub apart and peeled the rind off all of the pepperoni and finished the sub. Overall, the taste was good aside from the toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, and banana peppers) being extremely unevenly placed. Service was okay, seemed as though two employees were more interested in each other rather than their Jobs, but from the body language I assume the male employee was a manager and the female employee was only a cashier. Felt as though the only professional employees were the two gentleman preparing the orders. Would not go out of my way to get food here again, but if I happen to be in the area again for some reason I may give it a second chance. Not great, not terrible.“

I was really happy with large selection of ready to cook meals from breakfast to dinner along with snacks and deserts… ingredients clearly listed and helpful spot lights on dairy & wheat. The store is very clean and well organized, you can get a smoothie or prepared food outside of the cases. The staff was friendly and really took time to answer our questions. They have several different plans to help keep you in track and a weekly menu so you can let them take care of breakfast / lunch or dinner for the week! These meals really save me when we travel, they are a perfect size so you don’t over eat and truly affordable & healthy compared to dinner out. I’m a fan“

We also had the white cheddar cheese bites which I always like from here but often they overcook it. This time it was ok for the most part although some were overcooked so there was very little cheese if any at all in about a third of the cheese bites. More time and attention needed to be taken while frying the cheese bites. Overall it was fair although I really liked their sweet tea and it was definitely the one and only thing that I can say that I enjoy. The service was better than some but they could definitely do better. The parking lot which is the only "atmosphere" definitely could've looked better. It was littered with trash here and there. Overall a disappointment unfortunately. I'm grateful for the sweet tea so it wasn't a total disaster.“

“My wife and I decided to stop in for our weekly Friday lunch date. We walked in and it was very busy! Customers wait in line to place their orders at the counter. It took just a few minutes which allowed us to look at their menu. My wife decided on the Thai Crunch salad (shredded lettuce, red cabbage, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, cranberries, pecans, crunchy chow mein noodles and grilled chicken served with oriental dressing and in a fried flour tortilla bowl. She ordered it without mandarin oranges. I chose the Cham sandwich (chicken breast deep fried, ham, provolone cheese served on a hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ordered mine without the tomato and mayo with a cup of Italian vegetable soup. We then took a seat. The orders are then called by order number, ours took about 10-15 minutes. Everything looked yummy. My wife quickly decided she really liked the salad and said she would definetely order it again. I also thought the soup was yummy but felt the Cham sandwich was just okay. They also have a counter on the far end of the restaurant specifically for their homemade ice cream. We were far too full to try it but will stop in the future! Overall, this was a positive experience and we will be back!“

Even though i can tell they were annoyed by my order, they weren't disrespectful or anything so please go try this place out if its your first time.“
