I had the absolutely worst drive-thru expirence ever at the new Chipotle in Winston Salem, NC. I placed an online order to be picked up at the drive thru window, which was promised by 7:30pm. I waited over 20 min in line before getting to the window, then sat there another 15+ min before someone even came to the window to ask the name on the order. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. We go regularly but the drive thru is never friendly and if they are out of something, you just don’t get it. They don’t give you any warning. Got a kids meal tonight that included zero tortillas, just cheese and some diced meat. 😂

I promise that out of the 3 Chipotles in the Winston-Salem area—-Kville, Hanes, and University, University has the best flavor! The season on the meat is consistent and on point! They also put enough cheese for a quesadilla! Always kind and friendly!
