After reading great reviews of this place I was eager to try it. Unfortunately my experience was not as expected. The pizza was not good. Maybe other items are better, but the pizza was not worth the cost. The server was nice but clearly inexperienced becauseshe did not even return to the table for at least 10 minutes after dropping off the food to see if we were ok. But the main reason for my review being so low is the response I got from the owner when I attempted to tell him about my experience. He immediately had this attitude and didn't want to hear what i saying, then I didn't even ask for the bill to be discounted and he assumed I was and kept saying "you have to pay" as if I wasn't going to when I had my card ready. Then he blamed me for "not saying something sooner"... well I did actually tell the server we were unhappy with the food when she finally did come over but she said she "didn't know what to do" and asked to refill my water. Later she came back and asked "do you want me to talk to the owner for you" so I said sure. Next thing I know she's coming back over and says "Well I reallydon't know what to do but you can talk to him when you go up there to pay I guess he's not coming over." So I did but was met with attitude as I said. Anyways I will never go back and its sad that we were first time customers and were treated this way. SMH

My first time dining here with friends who recommended Coppola’s. Loved the food and the atmosphere. The service was fantastic. I would eat here again, no hesitation!

This was my first night here on Friday October 18, 2024. Some clients of mine recommended I try Coppola’s. Busy. I had a Sierra Mist, salad with blue cheese dressing & crackers, Chicken Parm with pasta, & warm butter bread. All tasty. Excellent service. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. Located in a shopping center. Adriana is nice, friendly, & very helpful. I will come back more often.

Awesome food! Served quickly, with a smile. Friendly staff. Good prices. I ordered the Philly steak hoagie. My son hard the chicken Parmesan. Both were delicious. People clearly love the pizzas too. There was a steady flow of people picking pizzas up and taking them home - all night long. We’ll be back.

Wheelchair accessibility: I am a below the knee amputee, and I had no issues whatsoever getting around and in the bldg.

We love Italian food and we were recommended to come here. We got mozzarella sticks (nothing special) and garlic bread. We got fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and sausage & peppers. We all enjoyed our meals.
The waiter was very nice and this place was pretty busy with pretty big groups when we went. We'll definitely be back.

HORRIBLE ! I have a two year old daughter, my finance was working here. TODAY he was fired because the owner Sal said he does not want to provide the rightful and lawful paper work our realtor has CALLED him 3 times about ! Sal even cursed me out as a customer for me just calling and asking for the number to good corporate office! It’s been multiple times Ive come in to hear him yelling at the other servers and his own wife ! I don’t ever leave horrid reviews but being jealous that a young black man is trying to purchase his new home for his family is where I draw the line !!!!

I absolutely love this place! I have made multiple trips here and the staff is always so pleasant, tentative, and helpful. Zero issues with food quality. The owner is so incredibly friendly and I really like the fact he always gives such a warm welcome and remembers the regulars. 10/10 will always go back.
