Can’t go wrong with their half and half. Tried half Triad and half buffalo, tasted sooo good. My friend tried the Hawaii one and that was amazing too🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Crust & Craft is a brick oven pizza place in Winston-Salem, NC. The family makes pizzas that have South African and traditional flavors. The pizza has a perfect thin crust and the perfect crunch, with the right amount of toppings and the flavors in perfect balance. The half and half is a good choice, with options like half Triad and half buffalo, and the Hawaii one is amazing too. The stinger and the margarita are also delicious. The menu has interesting pizza options, including several fusion items like Fireside Paneer, and an amazing Turkish salad. The spinach artichoke dip is a good appetizer. The desserts are unbelievable, including a Dubai chocolate cake, a Limoncello mascarpone cake, and a Lemmonchello cake that was really fluffy and simply to die for. Two people should enjoy the cookie for dessert. The beer selection is decent, and there is an even better beer and other drinks menu. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is attentive, friendly, and pleasant, and the owner came out and greeted every table. The service is still outstandingly pleasant and friendly. The location, ambiance and staff all created such value, the price was very reasonable. It is the best pizza in Winston, and the crust isn’t chewy, not too heavy on belly. This is not just another brick oven pizza place. This is THE brick oven pizza place.
