slow to respond in drive thru, advertise items for sale and that they don't have the stock for them items, lobby is always locked can't use it. over all don't go to this mismanage dunkin donuts very terrible. dunkin donuts corporate should be ashamed to let them run this ragged place!

March 29, 2021. 8:50 pm. Wife & I arrived at drive through for 2 cones of ice cream. Sign and inside lights on, people inside visible.
Pulled to order board, waited - called out, no answer. Could hear floor machine in background.
After waiting, pulled around to pick up window. 8:55 pm. No one at window, caught glimpse of cap, black male working floor cleaning machine working at far end of counter.
