My second time ordering take out for breakfast and both times I was completely satisfied. The staff are always warm and friendly and the food is freshly prepared. The convenience of Grandma Ruby's is also a plus for me because it is located just within walking distance of where I live. Can't wait to one day try lunch and dinner!

I got delivery NOT THROUGH UBER EATS OR DOOR DASH YES THEY HAVE THEIR OWN DELIVERY SERVICE THE DRIVER I HAD WAS A YOUNGER MAN WITH GLASSES HE WAS FAST COURTEOUS AMD EVEN OFFERED TO BRING ME AN UPDATED MENU NEXT TIME HE IS IN MY AREA. HAVING GROWN UP IN RESTAURANT AND OWNING ONE MYSELF AND ALSO STILL IN SERVICE INDUSTRY. PLZ SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS. I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE LIVED IN WINSTON 4 YEARS AND NEVER KNEW THIS PLACE EXSISTED ( IM A BUS RIDER) BUT ITS A DIAMOND ? IN THE ROUGH FOR QUICK COUNTRY COOKING. YOU KNOW ITS FRESH BC THEY HAVE NEW SPECIALS DAILY AND VEGGIES. SO FAR EVERYTHING I HAVE TRIED IS PERFECTLY SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS ? The Tenderloin & county Ham is Fantastic? The employees are Great, ? the atmosphere feels like home, the Home cooked food is always delicious ? ?. Your always welcome at Grandma Ruby's unless you got a chip on your shoulder. They don't take kindly to people who don't take kindly at Grandma Ruby's County Cookin'.
