Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Placed order for pick up, with scheduled ready time. Then when I arrived to pick up, was told I didn't place the order, then I had to place it in the wrong location, not until I proved I was right after being pushed to the side to handle walk ins behind me, I was then told oh sorry we don't check scheduled orders. Wait 15 more minutes.
What happened to, the customer is always right? Make the order and go on....

I will never go back to this Kimonos!
Service wasn't great.
The spring rolls disappointed me because they had a weird taste!
Not sure what it was but I didn't care for them at all. I got teriyaki steak which came with gelatinous teriyaki sauce the likes of which I have never seen before. I asked for spicy teriyaki instead and that was definitely better.
I was just disappointed all around...so I will NEVER GO BACK to this location...

Highly and highly recommended! Everything is always delicious and served with the same great taste and flavor.

Parking: I would recommend parking on the west side of the restaurant as you come in just make left to find a plenty of space.
