“Great experience. I received excellent customer service. There was a group of high student being loud. To the point the GM had to come out ask them to calm down because they were disturbing other customers. She was very professional and they continue to be a little diarespectful. They actually ended up leaving. Great job management and the staff.“

“Wow, I was nervous after reading some recent reviews - but this Taco Bell totally blew me away. I hit the drive thru around 11pm on 8-27. Very friendly and helpful lady took my order and even taught me an easier way to order dairy free - I really appreciated that! At the window, the team seemed energetic and happy - I loathe when people making your food seem angry, passive and indifferent. They finished up my order and handed me my food. Got back to my hotel and my order was still hot, none of my tacos/chalupas were falling apart - they were nicely stuffed and neatly wrapped up. Never finished two chalupas and two tacos quicker lol All in All I think they deserve 5 stars. Pleasant friendly service, hot well prepared food. This seriously goes such a long way. Thanks to the team working tonight I hadnt had Tbell in forever

“Special order burrito due to food allergies. It wasn't put in our bag. Went to counter and told them. However, over 5 minutes later still no food. Everyone at our table almost finished. Had to look behind and around counter and employee was on his phone doing something. When we left someone who had been at the counter for longer than us was still waiting. And it was not busy“

“Came through the drive through tonight to pick up a mobile order. We ordered some items with sour cream removed and they were kind enough to label each burrito so we wouldn’t know which had and didn’t have sour cream. exceptional service tonight especially because it’s a holiday thank you very much!“

“I went inside because my order was a little messed up. My cousin ordered and her order was wrong. So they prepared a new meal and couldn't take back the old one so that was good. Fresh food and fast food. She enjoyed hers I hated mine It was cold.“
