I was running errands, stopped here for the first time in my life to get a sandwich. I ordered the Italian sub without 1000 island dressing, (I've worked in and run restaurants for about 20 years, never heard of 1000 Island dressing on an Italian sub.), got home, sat down, and first bite had the collagen rind on the pepperoni. Said rind is supposed to be removed before slicing the meat, but not a big deal, I took the sub apart and peeled the rind off all of the pepperoni...

No sugar-free ice cream or ices... with more than 20,000 diabetics in Winston-Salem... how odd. Even the question asked to a counterperson in the ice cream area generated a look of disdain and a comment, "I don't think I've ever heard of that!"

The restaurant looks pleasant enough though oddly populated largely by senior citizens. Not the crowd we expected, given the Google search indicating "family-oriented" ...
