I just went to Wendy's to take advantage of the $1.99 kids meals for my 3 daughters. My total was $11.07. When I inquired about the special the gentleman said "we don't have that". I said I thought it was after 4pm and he responded, "it ends at 5pm". I then asked for my receipt and was told, "we don't give receipts, our machine is broken". I want to share this poor experience with you and ensure that I was not overcharged.

It was horrible. The wait for food was to long dues to the staff playing instead of working. When the food was placed on the tray the fries were cold and the gentleman got mad when he was asked to replace the fries with hot ones. Then finally sat down to eat and had to take the burger back due to it was half raw.
Also saw other customers taking food back to the counter for either the same reason or their order being wrong.
