As long as you gulp down your food, and don't have a conversation that goes past 30 minutes , then pay your bill--AND GET OUT--The creepy blonde woman won't attack you, and ask you to leave. I'll never go back!

I've lived in Winston just over two years and tonight was my first visit to the West End Cafe! It was outstanding. Such a cozy place, great service (Emma took very good care of me and my daughter) and food! All for very a very reasonable price. Definitely will be back!
