I decided to try here today. Nice place, it was busy. Went for lunch. I ordered the (2C) grilled steak on Kaiser bun with lettuce, tomato, Cheddar cheese & Mayo and a side of fries. Everything was served hot and fresh. The bread was fresh, The fries were crispy, and good. Service was friendly & good. Just a little slow but it was due to them being so busy.
We were visiting Winston Salem to do some antique shopping for my birthday and one of the shop owners told us about this place. There were all kinds of sandwiches and soups. I got the soup of the day, which was cauliflower and corn, I think. It was sooo tasty! The waitress suggested adding sirracha to it, and it totally made it. I got the special which was fried zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese on a BLT. Also, amazing! I'm not sure of the cheese inside the zucchini flower....
Consistent, good, friendly. Not fine dining, but I've still never had anything but a good experience, crowded or quiet, all day or dinner menu, old staff or new.

Vegetarian options: Burgers, a Reuben, generally an entree or two and some more. Check the menu online.

Parking: Lots on either side of the restaurant in the evening.
