I have celiac disease, so every time I go I order my sandwich with a gluten free bun. This includes breakfast, usually I would order my lunch online so I could go ahead and modify my sandwich, however the breakfast menu doesn’t have this option. Therefore the employees would struggle to ring me up sometimes, and unfortunately I had repeated run-ins with one employee. Love this Chick-fil-A location! Great service! Friendly staff!
I placed an order online to pick up inside the restaurant. It was soooo busy, so I just stood and waited for my order. Several people checked on my order, but they said it wasn’t ready yet. Finally, Sevannah came up to me and asked if I had been helped. She said I had been standing there while she went back and forth for a while.
