My 1st time EVER in Chic filet, and I order a breakfast meal that is delivered to my table COLD! My coffee was also COLD! It was just made! Nothing made to order! Precooked and waiting!
I have celiac disease, so every time I go I order my sandwich with a gluten free bun. This includes breakfast, usually I would order my lunch online so I could go ahead and modify my sandwich, however the breakfast menu doesn’t have this option. Therefore the employees would struggle to ring me up sometimes, and unfortunately I had repeated run-ins with one employee. I'm a concerned senior citizen, I'm 76 years old drove through as usual ordered my meal along with the free senoir drink the guy says sorry no senoir drinks anymore at the drive through eat in only, well excuse me but if a senoir pulls through with their wheelchair in the back and don't what to go to all the trouble to go in for a free drink, you need to get either a new manager or sell the business to someone with a heart and a brain, you have a great business why mess it up...read full review
