Every time I have been here they take your order and your money and then park you…Today they had 10 cars parked and 1 person running orders…They park everyone that comes through the drive-thru and then it takes like 20 minutes to get your food…And it isn’t hot when you get it…Why park me and give me cold food…Why are they parking everybody and running one person like crazy…
Doors locked and can’t get my online meal and Terrible service. I ordered my meal online. I Arrive and the sign directs me inside to pick up my order. THE DOOR IS LOCKED. I go through the drive through to pick up my order. I am told “that yeah the doors were probably locked but they are unlocked now.” I ask for my meal from the gentleman. I would like to personally thank the management staff of Zaxby’s in Winterville for treating my daughter like crap at her scheduled interview this week! She took time off from her current job and the manager, who had scheduled her interview, never showed up!
