This was the best birria tacos I have ever had. You definitely need to get the mangos large size you get your money's worth.

Pollito Taco Truck | Mexican is a wonderful quick little spot with great food and good service. The food is always fresh with huge servings, and the sauces really complete the taste. Popular items include the tacos, whatever they do with the hot pepper delicious, and the grill chicken quesadilla, which is quite generous. The birria tacos are absolutely fantastic — juicy, perfectly seasoned meat, cheesy, and the salsa was delicious and spicy. The esquites are freshly made and absolutely love the taste, considered the best esquite ever. They also have a variety of agua frescas every week with different flavors, plus snacks like fruit cups and fresas con crema. There is lots of parking and outdoor seating with picnic tables underneath a shelter area. The service is fast even with other orders ahead, and the prices are reasonable. This is a good place for the whole family, with vegetarian options available and a clean, flat parking lot accessible for wheelchairs.
