“Let me just start off, with I had a problem with the one in wake forest on Durham rd. Yesterday afternoon, we went to McDonald’s I asked for extra mayo and no lettuce on his spicy mcchicken, and mine is good with lettuce I would like extra mayo also. So one with lettuce and one without. We get in the car, and start driving I pull out the food, mine had no mayo, extra lettuce and his had lettuce (when he is allergic) so the next McDonald’s I went to was youngsville, and Jazz was the manager when I got there. Jazz listen to what happened. Saw that the ticket said what we asked, but the ticket on the sandwiches and what they looked like said different. Jazz took care of everything remade the WHOLE order when she did not have to do that. She made sure I had everything FRESH!! My mcChickens and also my fries!! Thank you Jazz for taking care of me, and making sure I had everything right! Jazz was patient, caring, and was sweet, and when listening to her talk to her employees she is an amazing manager!! Thank you again Jazz.“

“1/20/26. I wanted to give an update. We have been back twice and both the service and the food were excellent. First time back,, tried the deviled eggs which are addictive. Lol, really the next trip was for the eggs but we each ordered a salad and the chicken was cooked to perfection. PREVIOUS REVIEW Waiter was sweet. No silverware so had to use plastic utensils. Chicken rather dark which means it was either overcooked or the oil needs to be changed. Bacon wasn't that great either. However, onion rings and sweet potatoes fries were great.“

James and his staff are so amazing💚we have been to this location multiple times the past few weeks with family/friends and ourselves as we were planning for our wedding, we got married this past weekend and came in today to get some lunch, James and his crew remembered us and asked how our big day was. I always feel like we are treated like family when we come in with the staff remembering us by names and orders. Can’t even express how much we love this location and team💚“

“We absolutely love The Burger Shop! Growing up in Wake Forest, it’s one of our favorite nostalgic local spots that we love to hit up for lunch! The burgers are the best you’ll get in town! You can dine inside or (our favorite) outside! You HAVE to get an Orangeade to go with your burger, it’s a MUST! Don’t worry about eating too much, you can take a stroll downtown afterwards! Highly, highly recommend!“

“From the warm and enthusiastic welcome to the all important “thank you for coming” Over the falls proved to be over the top. Our server was professional and engaging. He took the time to guide our choices through explanations and recommendations. I had the Pesto Parmesan flatbread with added chicken. It was amazing. The presentation was art and the flavors were oh so good. My husband had the Beef of Weckzel, which is one of the most popular. He raved about it. It was served on a warm pretzel roll with horseradish sauce and a warm au jus. My father in law had a pastrami sandwich which he loved, and my sister in law chose the Cobb salad. It also had an artful presentation. \nThe ambiance was inviting and charming. We will definitely return on our next trip to Wake Forest. A fabulous find. Thank you to the staff.“

“This to me is one of the best fast food burgers ever They have fresh meat from the farm It is not that god-awful crap you get at McDonald's or any other burger place this is a great fast food joint and you pay just as much as you would if you went to McDonald's or any other place but this is quality“

“Best Five Guys I've ever been to! The 'chefs' made sure my order was perfect and went the extra mile to give me exactly what I asked for. My burger and fries were cooked while I waited - which wasn't very long at all - maybe 6-7 min. After my burger was neatly packaged and placed into my bag the hot fried were poured on top - the small fry is FAR from small! Not sure I'll risk going elsewhere for a burger! Awesome addition to Rolesville!“

“I did not catch his name, but the bald black man gave me the best customer service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. He was friendly and inviting, and seemed like he actually enjoyed being there. I like the food at the Gateway Commons location better, but this location has incredible customer service.“

“My husband and I used to frequent Red Robin, but stopped due to extremely poor service and awful food. It used to be great, and then there was always something from employees blasting the most inappropriate music, servers being so rude, (except Mr. Tim) and the food being slop just thrown together. We haven't been in six months, but went last night for the hell of it. It was the best experience we have ever had at Red Robin. The host was a woman, dark hair and glasses, she was so nice and welcoming. Our waitress, I really wish I had seen her name, but she was so nice. She was so good at her job too, we never had to ask for anything and she was so fast. She was tallish with medium brown hair and a bandana. This was on 02/17 around 8:45pm, and we sat in the booths by the bar. The food was great too for a change. Everything was hot, fresh, and fast. I'm not sure if there is new management or something, but it was great. And if the manager sees this review, the server that helped us last night deserves to be recognized, and red robin needs to make sure she is happy so she stays as long as she wants. Such a nice change, and we will be back for sure because of it.“

“service tonight 4/25 is very rough. I understand it's a busy night, but there is absolutely no need for the assistant manager to get an attitude, when he rang up the wrong item. (ordered large drinks, he rang up large fries. didnt notice until after we paid) when asked where the large drink was, he got an attitude and said that we didn't order a second drink. I've had countless good experiences here, ans will continue to come back. BUT, just because it's busy, there's absolutely NO reason to get an attitude with customers. especially when you're in the wrong.“

“This is how I would picture a diner in the 1950s. Short order cook with a ring full of little paper orders. Service was instant, burger was better than expected, the atmosphere made me smile, and they have tater tots! I will definitely go again. nice change from a typical fast food place.“

“Hardees is good 1/5 of the time (freshness) and its usually on your first and 10th time eating it. But when its hot no question 10/10 whoever was working around 2pm august 13th, made me the best Hardees I've ever had. Frisco burger was sauced up and tenders were fresh 10/10.“

“Rolled into Sonic like a modern-day cowboy looking for comfort food and questionable life choices. I wasn’t sure what I needed, but the corn dog spoke to my soul. Golden, crispy, and mildly mysterious—like it was fried by angels with a minor grease addiction.

It had that perfect balance of “I’m definitely too old for this” and “I’m never too old for this.” One bite and I was transported to the county fair, minus the sunburn and awkward encounters with people from high school.

“We were sat down and the first thing I noticed was our waitress was so shapely. we ordered wings and they had so many choices. I recommend getting one level hotter than you normally would. none of the wings were as hot as the waitress. my wings were good and my friend loved his boneless wings. the only complaint he had was the boneless wings had what I belive were possum bones in it. the food was delicious but I could hardly think with our waitress running around“

“Let me start off by saying how AMAZING Tim the manager is. When I get off after a long day at work (working in the food industry) I look forward to having a meal at Wendy’s and he makes my experience just simply ordering though the drive through a memorable one. I had a few mess ups with my order before, and I understand we’re just human, and when I came back there to get it fixed he was above and beyond at making sure he fixes it for me. Not only is he nice at the loud speaker but he’s pleasant to talk to up when Im paying and receiving my order. This industry is NOT easy by any means, and you can get burnt out, yet he still seems so caring about the way he does his job it made me smile driving home. It really is the little things in life. so if you’re reading this, thank you!!! I also wanna give a shout out to Brenden for also delivering my order with care to my car, great service!“

“I like the new kiosk ordering system y’all have, it makes life a little easier. But, this location seems to forget when a drink is on the order...almost every time. Also, lately they don’t even bother taking the food to the table anymore and just holler out the number. Which is fine but I thought the table locator was for a reason lol“
