“Everyone is super nice at this location. There are also a lot of elderly dine in regulars and you can see how much the staff treats them with respect and kindness. It’s really nice to see in this day and age. It is also super clean inside.“

“I visited this location today 8/29 and the gentleman working was awesome. All 3 of them were very friendly and attentive. I would also like to give credit to the young lady who took my order over the phone, she was exceptionally friendly as well. They did a great job on the pizza as well. I’m not sure what others are complaining about, it’s been a while since I visited this location but after today’s experience I will definitely frequent this location. This type of service has become a dying breed, so when I have an encounter like this one it’s greatly appreciated!!“

“The food was good but the servers/cashiers need some training. We thought that when the new Pizza Hut opened it was gonna be bigger and better. That doesn’t seem to be the case. The restaurant won’t hold as many people as the old one. There’s no salad bar and when we asked for sweet tea, the server wasn’t sure if they have sweet tea, seemed confused. What we got was a bottle of lemon tea. Don’t they know that in the south we want brewed, sweet tea? We never got a ticket to pay so went to the register to pay and they had put everyone in the party in the same ticket. They tried for about 10 minutes to get it straight but we ended up having one person pay and the others reimbursed him. If they don’t up their game, I’m afraid they won’t make it.“

“I’m a big fan of KFC, so I love this place. I always get the $5 fill up famous bowl and a baja blast mtn dew for my drink. Never have an issue with the food quality, it’s always delicious. Service is usually quick and fast. They only left out something on my order one time, but mistakes happen and I can’t really complain because they usually do a great job and have good food! I come here pretty often and recommend going to this KFC/Taco Bell if you want some good food!“

“I went in tonight to place my order face to face because the last few phone orders were not as expected. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak fresh toasted bun with ONLY cheese, onions and light green peppers and we ran through it twice only for me to get home and I look and plenty of mayonnaise up and down the the top.. (HATE IT) the bread I could barely bite making it chewy (OLD) . I give up , the convenience of the location, and cost for me isn’t worth me NOT being satisfied in the end. They were perfect for me at one time but all good things come to an end.“

“We consistently order from this location and i GREATLY appreciate it over the other one off Hw. 70 in clayton. The pizza crust can sometimes be inconsistent (Sometimes the hand tossed is TOO thick, sometimes it is perfect) but the pizza always tastes good. We recently started picking up more but also through the years have ordered delivery and never an issue for our family. I'll be ordering again probably this weekend after ordering last night. lol“

“Hi, So I had an issue with the dominos at cross link last night. I asked for chicken Alfredo with chicken and Italian sausage and the MESS I received looked horrible. No Alfredo sauce AT ALL. So I called to talk with someone and he said he gave me what I asked for. He boxed it up and looked at it himself. I think this is the store that Frank runs. The guy I spoke with made me feel like it wasn’t even safe to eat from there after talking with him so this morning I went to Wendell and showed the made dish to a guy name Darrius and asked him was this made correctly, Him and 2 other of his co workers agreed that it wasn’t made correctly so he nicely took it apon himself to make it right!! Thank you so much for being so kind Darrius and hearing me out about the mess that Dominos at cross link made. You rock! You appear to be a lot better at managing the store than Frank is. Thanks again! I’ll be back to see you! And also thanks to the delivery guy that came out in the rain.“
