I didn't go in, I had my food delivered to my house. The pizza was great, still piping hot, the cheesy bread too! My first time having the Oreo bites, which might I say, were really nice! The person who delivered was super friendly and quite frankly, I wish I had more cash on me to give him a tip on top of his tip through the website! Great experience, and please, whoever delivered my pizza... give this guy a raise!
Something has changed. I’ve never had an issue here before (6 years) but today I picked up 3 pizzas for my daughters birthday party and had an adverse experience. Staff was nice and welcoming, but the quality of the food suffered. No sauce and tough crust equates to a poor experience. I can sum this batch up to chewing through dry bread.I hope this is isn’t a constant product of this store as we enjoy frequenting this location for many reasons.

I have not been in over 10 years and I have 0 reason to come back to any papa johns...esp one like this where management is rude and dismissive. Never again at Gannon ave.Parking: It's a shopping centerWheelchair accessibility: Ada is in place.
