30 min wait in the drive thru for lukewarm corn dogs and no onion rings that I ordered. I repeated my order 3 times to the person. maybe they had a bad headset? Maybe shortstaffed? Whatever the cause, it should never take that long to get through a fast food drive through. And the food should be hot! The cook at this Sonic has obviously never had proper training. The servers never have condiments, always have to go back to get what we asked for when we ordered. My BBLT was horrible - the bacon was microwaved too long, burned!! little to no lettuce. My mango/Blackberry lemonade didn't have any of the above in it. My milkshake was melted by the time it got to me. My tots were cooked in old grease. Oh, and they charged me full price for my drinks after 8pm!!!
