Starbucks in Fargo

“5 stars, especially for the service! Scott, Jeff (not sure of that is the correct spelling) and John (I think that’s his name!) He was working window yesterday and was phenomenal! The rest of the team seems great as well. I do try to stay away from the AM crowd as the afternoon & evening baristas seem a lot more friendly. They already know my husbands and my name and my order so sometimes I don’t even have to say anything and they literally make it exactly as I love it. Jeff even tried to run a food item out to our car that we forgot at the window. What a gem! You guys know my addiction for strawberry refreshers and thank you for not judging my intake 😂 I have the utmost respect for these baristas and even love getting notes on the cup. The drive thru is always speedy, online ordering is smooth, and friendly customer service in this economy?! Yes please! I’ll always be the biggest fan of this location. Also the ice is like pebble ice and I’m addicted to ice so that is another plus :) Thank ya’ll everyday for what you do and I hope everyone treats these baristas nicely! Thanks again, will be in very soon I’m assuming :) have the best day <3 and keep up your amazing personalities and work ethic, truly know it does NOT go unnoticed. 100/10 rating if I could! (PS: chocolate croissant is a fave too if you wanna try, I suggest it!) 💖“

“Excellent hotel with an excellent location near the Shopping Center, restaurants, and Scheels. The fantastic pool area is family-friendly, rooms are extremely clean & comfortable. Lovely lounge (the lounge had a couple hours of live music, which was an unexpected surprise.) Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.“

“The drinks and service are amazing, as usual. Staff is always friendly, and when I ran into a food quality issue, they went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner, and delivered the replacement to me.That being said, I highly recommend using caution when ordering their new Chicken and Maple Butter Sandwich, it had an amazing aroma, but lacked in flavor and the chicken resembled that of a massive McNugget. Little more than halfway through I found a clump of what looked like veins and potentially cartilage. Altogether not impressed with the new release, and especially not the quality control of the food production.All-in-all, I recommend this location for the fantastic staff and amazingly delicious drinks, but be wary when ordering the chicken sandwich (I'd assume the sandwich comment goes for any Starbucks location, though).“

It was okay. I only went there because someone took me.
And brought me a coffee drink. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I have nothing against them, that I know of?

“This is by far the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to. There was just something chill about this place the staff was welcoming upon walking in and as people left while I was still sipping my Delicious Flat White, they thanked customers for coming in! Not many places say hello when you enter and thank for coming when you leave. And it was nice and bright inside as well! And you can get your coffee in a real cup if you want! I will definitely be back here!! So great!“

“I came through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago with what I thought was a mobile order. I got to the window said my name and they went to grab my drink. In the meantime I had gotten upset and started to cry about something going on in my life. The sweetest barista came to the window and handed me a drink that actually wasn’t mine but another “Kayla’s” she couldn’t find my drink and she felt awful about the mixup and I felt awful because I didn’t want her thinking I was crying over the coffee (which I wasn’t!) . She said some extremely comforting words to me while I cried and tried to tell her my order she made me feel like no matter what was going on in my life that I was loved and valued. They couldn’t find my order but made me my favorite coffee and wrote “you are so loved” on my drink. If everyone even cared just a fraction of this person. Our world would be a much better place. This person went above and beyond and I’ll never forget it.“

“This used to be my favorite Starbucks. I went here several times a week and they knew me, they were nice, and I would be appreciated. Now, I don't even get a hello when I go in to pick up my order. My order for the last 2 visit has been smaller and smaller every time.“

“Found out another location had completely duped me on a drink and the drive thru barista Erikka helped me find the drink I was looking for amid the rush and taking an order simultaneously she took the patience to help me Ive been in this field of work and I hope she is a shift lead or manager she definitely has the qualities as time management and Customer service“
