I used to love this location! I live right next to it so I come to this location all the time. On 4/22/26 I visited around lunch time through the drive thru. I spoke with Jamet and she was very rude, short and disrespectful after asking her a rewards question. Wasn’t an enjoyable experience which is super disappointing because everyone else I’ve ever talked to in the drive thru has always been super nice and very kind.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location in Fargo offers a mix of experiences. The staff are often described as fantastic, friendly, personable, and genuinely welcoming, creating a classic Starbucks experience. Many customers appreciate the bright and colorful mural on the wall, which is welcoming when walking in. There is a lot of seating, including a long booth style bench in the center with tables all around. The location is also close to Boppa's Bagels.
However, some experiences have been frustrating. One employee in the drive thru was rude, short, and disrespectful after a rewards question. Another employee messed up a simple order, entering an iced drink as a Frappuccino, leaving ice in a no ice request, and misunderstanding the amount of shots. The whole interaction was frustrating and required driving back for the correct drink.
Despite these issues, many visits are amazing. One barista went above and beyond, comforting a crying customer and writing "you are so loved" on a drink. The staff take the time to get to know customers, and even with schools next door causing longer waits, it is always worth it.
