“We ordered food online today for the first time. when I arrived to pick it up, I realized they were very short staffed and behind on orders. We waited a long time for our food BUT I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed someone more kind working in customer service. You could tell they were flustered, but they kept cool, greeted everyone, offered free drinks and cookies for the wait, and even took extra time to help a woman walk her order to her vehicle (because she had 2 bags and it was very snowy outside). Plus our food was delicious! Very awesome experience despite the long wait, highly impressed with the staff. Will be back.“

“The Subway on Columbia has the most genuine, friendly, and kind workers. Even though this subway isn't the closest one to me it is always worth the extra drive when I get to experience amazing service. I never walk out of that store without a smile on my face. These workers are really something special and genuinely care about the service they provide.“

“Excellent gluten free subs always… But…the other day, as I was driving around to get a quick supper. Two other fast food places were shut down (at 5:00 pm). They had notes on the door. I drove across town to grab a sub, and the workers were amazing! The food was delicious. I am so impressed with the work ethic of those who were working that day!! “In terms of Subway this is one of the better ones I've been to!Team was super great, and fun! Atmosphere was clean and well kept. Over all if your craving subway while passing through Grand Forks, I'd definitely recommend this one. Just don't miss the parking lot like I did!“
