“We were traveling north and stopped for lunch. The parking lot was packed on a Monday at noon. That's a good sign. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a grill & bar. Just fine but I'm not brining my wife here for an upscale anniversary dinner or something. “It's not about being perfect, it's about making it right. This is a philosophy that many in the service industry should understand. Grand Forks Red Lobster, at least for us, went above and beyond. We ordered a curbside to-go order. We got our food, went home and discovered they forgot to give us a bag. Not only did they fix the error, the carry-out manager made sure the missing items were delivered. They also made promises surrounding the mistake, and delivered on each of those promises. I tipped the person who delivered our order, and given the end result of the experience, I probably should have tipped her more. So...what could have been an incredibly negative experience, was turned, incredibly positive. I can't express my gratitude enough. Thank you.“
