I've eaten here for years. The food is cooked homestyle; the service is good; I wait impatiently for them to offer dine-in again. The covid scam-demic caused them to go to pick up or delivery, yet they maintained quality all around the entire time. Xie Xie!
We love Hong Kong Chinese! It has become one of my wife’s and my favorite Chinese restaurants in town.
My favorites are the cream cheese wontons and the Szechuan chicken or beef. The Szechuan dishes are especially good—they’re loaded with carrots, zucchini, and peppers in a delicious dark sauce, and the whole thing just tastes like a warm, comforting meal. I’m also a big fan of their General Tso’s chicken.

I’ve been a regular here for years, and this is easily one of my favorite places to eat in Bismarck. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently excellent. No matter what I order, it’s always made well and never disappoints.
