“My husband & I were in Bismarck today visiting someone in the hospital & decided to try Laughing Sun because it was in close proximity to it. Love the ambience, friendly staff & the food was very good. I had the chopped brisket sandwich & my husband had the pulled pork, each with a side salad, that was huge, & a large helping of kettle chips. We would definitely recommend both sandwiches! Also, the portions were very generous! If you go away hungry, that’s on you. We didn’t try any of the beers, but they had a good selection & I’d like to go back & give some a whirl.“
“What an amazing atmosphere. Wish I could stay longer in Bismarck. Visiting Bismarck on business but couldn't stay for a connecting flight. Customer Service was superb and delightful, not to mention the food, which was rich in flavor accompany with the service!Certainly is a heck of a place in the heart of Bismarck, ND. So dont miss it when visiting/staying in that area.“
“I haven't had fast food in years because the oil most of them use makes me feel terrible. Since Scotty's is using beef tallow, I decided to try a meal. The food tasted great, they were so fast, and the best part is I did not feel sick afterwards. They have a large menu as well. My only feedback is that I wish they had fancier buns like sourdough buns and more dessert choices. Otherwise, a great place when you want a fast easy meal.“
“I will not buy bread from anywhere else in Bismarck! As soon as our loafs are getting thin I order online and drive through to pick more. I also love the coffee cake and the pastries. I can 100% endorse the natural ingredients as I do not get indigestion or bloating from these loafs, like otherwise I would from long shelf life bread that I used to get at the grocery stores. We are so lucky to have this bakery in town, and I sure hope their business blooms because they truly make great products.“
