“Wow! Amazing! Beautiful! All things that were said about the fruit bouquet that was delivered to my husband's grandma yesterday for her birthday. I contacted The Fruit Boutique on Friday at 2:15pm in a panic. A well-named national floral delivery company ( not naming names here) fell through at the very last min and was not going to be able to deliver the gift we ordered ahead of time. They offered to send the gift next Tuesday instead of the date requested. I said not acceptable and decided to cancel the order. Panicked- I googled local businesses in Bismarck that looked like they could help in a pinch. Tamara from The Fruit Boutique came through and reassured me that she could deliver the fruit bouquet the same day and then texted me a pic of the items we discussed. Grandma received her fruit bouquet a few hours later and was ecstatic. Thank you, Tamara, for helping to make Grandma's birthday special. I appreciate the attention to detail, thorough communications, and great customer service.“
“Relatively good food at a reasonable price. The only downside was the steak I wanted was not available (people must like the meal I wanted to order and they were out ?). I'm not too picky, so I was fine with fish. It wasn't too busy at 3pm on a weekday. My father in law commented on the large portions and I agree. You will leave full with the Italian bread sticks they offer and soup, if you order that as an appetizer or side. I wouldn't describe the service as exceptional, but it wasn't subpar either. “What an amazing local restaurant! I can't understand why any reviews would be less than 5 stars.From the drinks to the cheese curds appetizer-on to our main courses Chicken Marsala and Cajun Chicken Alfredo then on to our tasty dessert Bread Pudding! The cheese curds were so flaky and melt in your mouth-the two main course items we got were UNBELIEVABLE in house sauce and what had to be hand made alfredo noodle's- then real caramel sauce with the bread pudding ? The staff was so nice and it was a busy Sunday Afternoon but the delivery was on point we didn't find ourselves waiting long for anything. Our server Kenzie was great and the Manager Chris was so friendly checking on everything to make sure it was perfect.The Tavern will be a regular stop and my new favorite Bismarck restaurant!!!
