“Though I have done instore purchases/pickup, good clean store front and display shows fresh ingredients and clean and tidy, friendly staff and helpful too, as I have mobility issues and they were kind to carry out to my vehicle for me..I grew up in the food industry and for the most part, I only had one pizza not quite, it has a cheaper ingredient that really took away from what should have been a very good pizza, hopefully my feedback at that time, will encourage, to not use that type of product, as I think for the most part, people want good taste and quality, sale items can sometimes be compromised a bit, so go for the quality ingredients and the people will be happy... It's not a perfect world, but always hope and room for improvement right...We're only human after all, so again, for the most part, I ENJOY Papa Murphy's and certainly recommend them....Cheers !“

“Lots of unique pizza to try here. To me, it is a little on the spendy side but the flavor is worth it. You can also get salads if you aren't in a pizza mood. Cheese bread is delicious. And desserts. The aroma inside is wonderful. Pies come in 11 and 14 inch sizes, 4 crust choices and over 30 toppings to choose from. Everything is fresh and tasty.“

The only suggestion I could have for this place is to ditch the boomer music playlist for something modern or mix a little bit in instead of the 60s and 70s, classic rock and country music. “do pizza was taking quite along time not the greatest sense of urgency in there. however a gentleman named keith he is a driver struck up a conversstation he was friendly honest and made my night not to often employees go out of there way to talk to you. the world needs more keith’s in it i have over 20 years in the restraint industry this man should be manager his customer relations skills are way above par and keith if you read this just know your simple act of kindness by simply having a real conversation well let’s just say my daughters won’t be mourning there father thank you sir“

“Was there today after horrendous thunderstorms for a kids birthday party. Employees were friendly, constantly checking on us, and so courteous. . Food was good. I had to wonder why we don't visit here more often. have you ever tried their loaded baked potatoes? Made the decision to do lunch there and check their specials (happy hour, half price appetizers). Nicest employees ever! Felt they all enjoyed working there. Best fries I've had in a long time.“
