I had the tacos and they were delicious
Great food, great service. Very authentic.
First time stop... got the elote and a horchata... both delicious. Elote (street corn) was a huge portion and came with a small container of salsa macha (chile oil with peanuts - spicy & very good) that elevated the elote to a whole new level. Definitely will return to try more from the menu!

Su Cocina - Authentic Mexican Food is a food truck in Dickinson. The elote is a huge portion and comes with a small container of salsa macha, which is spicy and very good. The pastor torta is the fan favorite. The quesabirria and the asada burrito are also amazing. The quesabirria has a perfect, crispy exterior with flavorful, tender beef and amazing sauces. The lengua burrito and chicken tacos are excellent, authentic and so flavorful. The horchata is delicious. The food is piping hot, ready in minutes, with big portions, great flavor, and different sauces and dips. They serve a substantial portion of meat in the tacos and burritos. The people working the place are super friendly.
