Applebee's in Fargo

“We stopped in for lunch on Saturday with our family of five and overall had a good experience. Most of the food was very good and everyone enjoyed their meals. One burger was a bit overcooked, but everything else was prepared well and tasted great.
A special shoutout to our server, Alexis. We learned it was only her second day, and you never would have known it! She was friendly, attentive, and checked on us throughout our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. She had a great attitude and provided excellent service. For being so new, she did an outstanding job and was definitely the highlight of our visit.
The only downside was our initial interaction when we arrived. The hostess seemed a bit bothered by our arrival, which was surprising since the restaurant was nearly empty. It left us feeling more like an inconvenience than welcomed guests.
That said, Alexis more than made up for it with her excellent service, and we appreciate the effort she put into making our meal enjoyable.“

“Food was good and came out fast and service was outstanding. The hostess Pavi was especially good. When she sat us down she went through all the specials and was very knowledgeable about the menu and drink specials. We talked to her on the way out and she held the door for us and was very very kind and went above and beyond. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was also outstanding.“

The Riblets arrived sticky, smoky, and emotionally complicated — like texting your ex and ordering another plate at the same time. The spinach-artichoke dip bubbled like a tiny volcano of poor decisions. I made eye contact with a stranger doing the exact same thing. We nodded. No words needed.
Somewhere between the third round of apps and the off-key birthday song, time stopped mattering. The booths were just sticky enough to keep you grounded. The lighting was gas-station flattering.
I left with a to-go box the weight of a small child and the quiet certainty that Applebee’s never really closes. It just waits.“
