“New Whopper was very good. Well assembled, hot beef, cold crisp veggies. Customer service was on point. Cashier asked me if I wanted dipping sauce for onion rings.
They were out of some options from the self serve drink fountain.
All in all, a great visit. It's not all doom and gloom like other reviews are making it out to be.“
“I ordered delivery through the BK app and called after an hour. The app showed my food was being processed but not updating it..so I assume some kind of technical glitch. The restaurant showed that I would be picking up the food, not that it was for delivery..they had made the food and then discarded it after an hour. Within 15 minutes of my call (and well after the time-frame for breakfast) a door dasher was finally dispatched to pick up my order. Michael, one of the managers on duty, and his great staff re-made my food and sent it off with the door dasher, to make sure I was able to get the food I had ordered. Great customer service, and great food!“
