Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mixed dining experience. The restaurant has been beautifully remodeled, providing a basic and adequate atmosphere. The service quality varies, with some customers reporting excellent, attentive and super friendly service, while others experienced awful delays and issues with staff. The hot food is decent, and the ice cream is great. The 4 piece chicken combo was fresh. The tables were dirty as nobody was cleaning them up. Food was coming out of grill slowly, so people were sitting around waiting for orders. Overall, the restaurant provides a satisfactory dining option, with room for improvement in service consistency.
