Happy Joe's Pizza in Fargo is known for its delicious Taco Pizza, which many customers consider the best and most flavorful. The restaurant has recently returned to Fargo, offering a clean and beautiful location where toppings are fresh and visible. While the atmosphere and service are appreciated, some customers wish there was a dine-in option, as they often pick up their pizza to enjoy immediately. The pizza quality remains high, with many noting that the Taco Pizza tastes just as they remember, though some experiences with other pizzas like pepperoni have varied, with occasional issues like burning. Overall, Happy Joe's is celebrated for its consistent, tasty Taco Pizza, making it a favorite for those craving a satisfying meal. Prices are higher than before but still considered worth it for the quality.
