I had an unusual order & after calling other Mexican restaurants that weren't able to meet my request or I was never able to get to a person over ai on the phone. It was the manager, Christian with Pancheros that not only answered the call (thank you no bots - Chipotle), was extremely kind, eager to meet my requests, and communicated impeccably with his team. Friendly service and great food
I had a rough go about with this place a while back, but I have been coming back now again weekly on Tuesdays. I get the burrito double wrapped with extra protein. Anyways, I have to say the new guy that’s been there, idk if he’s a manager, but he has totally turned this place into something great! Perfect portions, great attitude and is definitely loved by his co workers. Keep up the good work guys!
