Customer service is the BEST of the BEST! Shout out to John the bartender from Florida, the manager on duty tonight (failed to get his name), and the cooks in the kitchen for allowing my boyfriend to order and take home his refills on endless shrimp because of them closing early due to the ice storm! You. Guys. Rock!

Had a pretty good experience at Red Lobster. The seafood was fresh and the portions were decent for the price. I ordered the shrimp and it came out hot and tasted really good. Our server was friendly and checked on us a few times without being annoying. The restaurant was a little busy, so we waited a bit longer than expected, but nothing too bad. Overall, it was a nice meal and the atmosphere was comfortable. I'd come back again, especially when I'm in the mood for seafood.
