Tried giving them another chance after 3 years, and I will never be coming back now. Only ordered 2 shakes, not even busy. Wasted a HALF HOUR waiting.
First, they messed up and cancelled the order as we paid. But didn't bother to come say anything to us waiting. Then once the order was actually paid for, waited another 20 minutes and they just never bothered to bring it out to us.
Used to have signs over the drive in areas when they were taking drive thru only orders. Now there is no sign, and they just clear the button without informing you it is drive thru only. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes without any cars moving.
