Starbucks in Fargo

“Excellent hotel with an excellent location near the Shopping Center, restaurants, and Scheels. The fantastic pool area is family-friendly, rooms are extremely clean & comfortable. Lovely lounge (the lounge had a couple hours of live music, which was an unexpected surprise.) Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.“

Quality control here is great. Their drinks are consistent. I have enjoyed everything I have tried when I go.

The employees have great attitudes, friendly demeanors and good customer service skills.

The atmosphere is fine. It's a Starbucks. They follow corporate instruction. So it's clean and decorated. However, nothing out of the ordinary.“

“The drinks and service are amazing, as usual. Staff is always friendly, and when I ran into a food quality issue, they went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of in a professional and timely manner, and delivered the replacement to me.That being said, I highly recommend using caution when ordering their new Chicken and Maple Butter Sandwich, it had an amazing aroma, but lacked in flavor and the chicken resembled that of a massive McNugget. Little more than halfway through I found a clump of what looked like veins and potentially cartilage. Altogether not impressed with the new release, and especially not the quality control of the food production.All-in-all, I recommend this location for the fantastic staff and amazingly delicious drinks, but be wary when ordering the chicken sandwich (I'd assume the sandwich comment goes for any Starbucks location, though).“

“If you like STARBUCKS?
It was okay. I only went there because someone took me.
And brought me a coffee drink. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I have nothing against them, that I know of?
I'm just not a STARBUCKS fan.“

“I came through the drive thru about 2 weeks ago with what I thought was a mobile order. I got to the window said my name and they went to grab my drink. In the meantime I had gotten upset and started to cry about something going on in my life. The sweetest barista came to the window and handed me a drink that actually wasn’t mine but another “Kayla’s” she couldn’t find my drink and she felt awful about the mixup and I felt awful because I didn’t want her thinking I was crying over the coffee (which I wasn’t!) . She said some extremely comforting words to me while I cried and tried to tell her my order she made me feel like no matter what was going on in my life that I was loved and valued. They couldn’t find my order but made me my favorite coffee and wrote “you are so loved” on my drink. If everyone even cared just a fraction of this person. Our world would be a much better place. This person went above and beyond and I’ll never forget it.“

“This is by far the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to. There was just something chill about this place the staff was welcoming upon walking in and as people left while I was still sipping my Delicious Flat White, they thanked customers for coming in! Not many places say hello when you enter and thank for coming when you leave. And it was nice and bright inside as well! And you can get your coffee in a real cup if you want! I will definitely be back here!! So great!“

“This Starbucks never let me down. I came here every day and ordered the same drink they made it perfect every time. The staff remembered me, were always welcoming, and fixed any issues without hesitation. I truly appreciated their kindness and consistency. Since moving to Iowa, I haven’t found a store that makes my drink just right like you all did, but I’ll keep trying. I miss it so much. Thank you Nick, Ethan, and the rest of the amazing team. Hope to visit again soon.

“Love the drinks from here, but sometimes the breakfast that's heated on the oven. Can come out a bit dry. I had a ham and Swiss croissant a few different times, and the corners are usually a bit dark. But the ham that peeks past the pastry is always dry and hard like it's left out or heated multiple times.“
