Starbucks in Fargo

“I noticed I had less of my hat then it came with. The band was missing. The young woman, Nic, promptly asked me if I lost something and what I was looking for. Very helpful. I decided to get some decaf first before I searched for the $50 headband but my most prized material possession.

A pleasant Vanessa took my order. The decaf turned out to be not quite up to par, but they were so friendly and it was so warm, that I'll be back.

I went outside and retraced my steps across I think it's 52nd Ave. and noticed that my headband had fallen off my hat when I exited number 18 fargo bus.

It was okay. I only went there because someone took me.
And brought me a coffee drink. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I have nothing against them, that I know of?
I'm just not a STARBUCKS fan.“

“I recently utilized the drive-thru service shortly before closing and was met with exceptional enthusiasm. The entire staff engaged in a pleasant conversation while I placed my order for iced coffee, offering helpful suggestions for customizing it, including various sizes and cold foam flavor options. I was previously unaware of the availability of flavors beyond vanilla. The closing staff at this location is remarkably friendly, and I will certainly return if I am back in the area.“

“It's our first time to stay here although we are frequent guests in Urban 42 bar and grill. We love the staff and the music. Kudos to everyone for always have a welcoming smile and so accommodating! The room is big, spacious and pristine! I love the extra sink that was laid out on the bar counter. It's my first time to see such but so fitting as we don't know accidents spills might happen when brewing coffee. 😉 We will surely do another staycation here. 10/10 is my overall rating!“

“This is by far the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to. There was just something chill about this place the staff was welcoming upon walking in and as people left while I was still sipping my Delicious Flat White, they thanked customers for coming in! Not many places say hello when you enter and thank for coming when you leave. And it was nice and bright inside as well! And you can get your coffee in a real cup if you want! I will definitely be back here!! So great!“

“I never leave reviews but my experience here made my week and maybe even month. I’ve been under a ton of stress lately and needed a pick me up and decided to get a drink here. I’m so glad I came to this specific location today. I didn’t get his name but the guy with long hair at the cash register was so jovial and his positivity was contagious! Not to mention I was met by a smile from every single face behind the counter whether they had contact with me or not! Also my name is never spelled right and I’m not sure why but them spelling it correctly today (he guessed it right first try haha) made me feel so appreciated! :) Thank you guys for the brightened day on this cloudy Tuesday!“

“My favorite Starbucks in the Fargo area. The staff here are always fantastic—they greet everyone warmly, even when things get busy. The team reminds me of the classic Starbucks experience: diverse, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. With the schools next door, the wait can be a bit longer at times, but it’s completely expected and always worth it. Even when I’m not in the area, I’ll go out of my way to stop at this location.“

“Service was good. We got a small hazelnut latte and a pumpkin spice frappichino. The staff member who made the drinks was professional, quick, and lovely to work with. Very well trained.

The downside, the sleeves for hot coffee were not restocked, and the soap in the bathroom was empty.“
