“My mother and I are on vacation to Yellowstone from Indiana and we wanted to make a side trip to North Dakota to say we’ve been there. We stopped in Hankinson, ND for a bite to eat and found Hot Cakes Cafe. It seems to be family owned. Very clean and great hospitality. The food was great and the service was excellent. There seemed to be several locals and repeat customers which is a testament to the restaurant’s integrity and quality. I would 10/10 recommend.“

“Portion size was pretty decent food was great nothing to complain about overall had a great dinner not a 5 star dinner tho suppose if they made portions bigger then wouldn’t sell dessert :)

Vegetarian options: They have vegetables an custom wraps I imagine just gotta ask :)
