“My husband, toddler, and I were looking for a good spot to eat tonight. We stopped into Petro to check out one of their spots to eat. We decided to stop into Dolly Down, and are so glad we did! We really weren't sure what to expect at first, but ended up absolutely loving this place! The food was fantastic. They serve breakfast all day, so I ordered a full biscuits and gravy, my husband ordered an omelet and some French toast, and we got mini corn dogs with fries for our little one. The fries were so crispy and delicious, some of the best fries I've had in Fargo. Our toddler LOVED everything she got. She didn't waste a single bite! Husband said omelet and French toast was incredible. The biscuits and gravy was such a large portion! Very tasty, and I ordered some great hash browns on the side. Everything was cooked really well, we enjoyed everything we ordered! Our server was so nice and friendly. She was on top of everything! We never had an empty cup, and she made sure to check in on us often. She was the only one running the front, and she still took time to walk with everyone there. Her name is Sherry (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was awesome. Thank you for your kind service! And lastly, the prices were really affordable. We will gladly come back and visit in the near future.“

“Yesterday we went to Culvers on 13th per my daughters request for her golden 7th birthday. One of the staff gave her a free sundae, and a scoopie stuffie and she was so happy! We love culvers and how they can still be a fun fast food option even though I am gluten free. She already asked when we can go back again. Amazing service noticing her birthday headband and going above and beyond to make her feel special on her specail day.“

“We went to Doolittle’s Woodfire grill for Valentine’s. Great dinner. Cider glazed pork belly and a top notch dirty martini. I had Shrimp and Polenta, hubs had seared scallops. Great bottle of Riesling, complemented our main courses. Finally Chocolate Creme Brulee and Irish coffee. Service was exceptional, right from the hostess station, bar staff, busers and our waitress. We have not been there in a very long time, but we will be back and very soon.“

“Stopped in for breakfast while staying at the hotel. We were greeted and seated immediately. Coffee and water were offered right away. As we checked menus the pot of coffee was left… a pot! The menu is small but had all the basics including a big buffet at your choice ($19). We ordered the favorite breakfast - two eggs, meat, toast and potatoes and the same as a two topping omelette (with ham and mushroom). The server was amazing…. So pleasant and cheerful. Our food came quickly and looked good except the wheat toast was a tiny bit dark for my preference. The eggs were perfectly over medium, nice crispy hash browns and bacon and jelly selections rather than one tub on the plate made my husband (a strawberry faithful) very happy. My omelette was filled with ham and mushroom - I forget some people don’t consider cheese a given in an omelette, but it was still good. The potatoes were crispy and the bacon perfect. As I mentioned, the toast was a bit well done but after scraping some off was fine. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere and service. Cost was $36… very reasonable!“

“In Fargo, service is not great. i had one bite of my meal and told waiter he could take it. He never asked why, if anything was wrong, just grabbed it and walked away. I wasn't expecting anything other than for him to know why my meal was not hardly touched. He never came back to table until he brought us the bill.“

“The service is usually pretty good, but my only complaint is the online service. I ordered on the app for the first time. I went in and told them my name and that I ordered online they gave me my drink and then they let my food sit on the shelf getting cold for 20 minutes and didn’t feel the need to tell me my order is ready or call out a number or anything. It’s never good eating cold food and no one apologized or anything just brushed off that they sat and stared at me for 20 mins knowing my food was done“

“We eat lunch most days at ruby Tuesday . We have no complaints and don’t expect all to be perfect every day ..we are working with humans trying their best . Sometimes when feeling like complaining put yourself in that servers place or think if that was your daughter or son how you would like them treated .. as far as complaints about a specific blond server .. she is one of the most efficient there . There are people who just like to complain maybe hoping for a free meal .“

“We recently hosted a large group event at this restaurant and had such a great experience! From start to finish, the team did an excellent job accommodating our group and making sure everything ran smoothly.

The servers were incredibly attentive — drinks were refilled quickly, plates were cleared efficiently, and they checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. Even with a big crowd, we felt well taken care of.

The space itself was perfect for a large gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the games available were a huge hit with the kids! It made the event feel fun and relaxed, and the kids stayed entertained the entire time.

We did have a minor issue with our bill, but the general manager took the time to truly listen to our concerns and worked with us to come up with a fair resolution. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.

We truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the staff’s hard work. We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone planning a group event!“

“Checked out this 'new to us' sports bar last night called Brewtus Brickhouse. My buddies and I were itching to try someplace different for a change of pace. From the minute we sauntered in, I got good vibes. Tons of TVs primed for the big game, ice cold suds on tap, and a killer '80s rock soundtrack - complete with the manager doing hamstring stretches and ripping air guitar before each song. The menu looked sick - loaded up on wings, and snagged a secret menu taco grinder pizza our server 'Sweet Tators' tipped us off to. Our waitress Boods was a real ace - laid back, knew her sports, and clearly a cat lover. She took solid care of our crew out on the patio. Overall, Brewtus is a top-notch spot! My boys agreed we found our go-to for knocking back cool ones 😎 🍺“

When she sat us down she went through all the specials and was very knowledgeable about the menu and drink specials. We talked to her on the way out and she held the door for us and was very very kind and went above and beyond. I didn’t catch our servers name but he was also outstanding.“

The TVs in the bar area are extremely small and outdated. May help your bar crowd to get decent TVs. The rest of the atmosphere is getting outdated. “Signed up for wait-list and said 10-20 minutes wait. Fine. Sat outside 10 minutes or so and got a text to come in. Stood inside for 16 minutes before asking hostess how much longer the wait would be. She said, "When a table is ready." Asked how long she thought it would be. She said, "Ummm as soon as one is ready." Debated staying, ultimately told her we were going to Longhorn. Her response was, "Ok. Bye." Ironically, we had enough time while standing there to read their LEAD acronym guide that was posted behind the desk. The first two, listen an empathize, must have slipped the hostess's mind as she didn't indicate that she cared about our wait or that we were leaving to eat at the competitor. The lady who was seating people made the comment that a bunch of the servers went on break at the same time. It seems that scheduling is another area that needs improvement at this establishment.“

“Dr. Rosanne Raphael is AMAZING. She cares for mom for a week and even when she was moved to ICU she found us everyday to check on us. If she didn’t find all of us at once she came back so she could say hi to everyone. She truly made our stay more enjoyable.“
