“Met a family member for supper after a long day at the neurologist for my 10 month old son. He’s finally 1 month seizure free and got the news he most likely won’t have any more. They brought him a sundae and all congratulated him. The food was so delicious and our waitress was on top of drinks.“

“I ordered from Doordash roughly 4-5 miles away, so I can't attest to the service or atmosphere. Also my Dasher did deliver to another location before arriving, so some minor issues could be due to that. This was the first time ordering and the food was enjoyable.

My first item was the Chicken Avocado Sandwich with the Soup of the Day (I ordered on Tuesday). Everything tasted fresh, chicken was well seasoned, the bread to meat/topping ratio was perfect, nice portion, and considering the drive over it held up pretty well. A tiny part of my chicken was a little dry but otherwise well cooked. I have no clue what the soup was but it was delicious. It was tomato based and again I ordered the other day which was Tuesday, so if it's a consistent schedule, get the soup on Tuesday, it's awesome. I give the meal a 9.5/10.

The second item was a build your own burger with a side salad. So I'm going to preface this due to it being Doordash and not eaten fresh so some things are a little out their control but just something to keep in mind if you do delivery. The burger was topped with cheddar no other toppings (which is how I asked for it) and was a little closer to well done by the time it arrived, but it was still very tasty. It kind of reminded me of Hi-Ho over by Dilworth before they closed and turned into Grill 10 (also good I've heard). It was well seasoned, had that nice beefy flavor you look for in a burger and my husband ate it so fast I couldn't get a pic, but it was a solid burger for sure. It makes me want to try their other burgers for sure. The side salad is a toss up but not due to the quality of the veg but how it was packed. Because the salad was packed in the same container as the burger, it wilted the veggies a bit. Also since my Dasher made a delivery before mine, there was extra time in transit. So next time I might request to have a separate container for the salad or dye priority delivery for DD. Either way, the salad was still good, the veggies had a nice fresh color, NO brown lettuce (which I freaking hate) whatsoever, and I definitely plan on trying their main salads in the future. So I give this a 10/10 considering the delivery stuff.

I would definitely recommend trying the food here. I think it would probably be best to eat it there depending on what your order, but I'm sure they would make adjustments for certain items with delivery or pick ups. So I'd say my first experience is a 9.8/10. Try them!“

“Went in for a quick drink and ended up staying a little longer than I planned. The mini bar has a nice laid-back feel and the staff was friendly without being overbearing. There wasn't a huge selection, but they had enough options to find something I liked. The place was clean and the music volume was just right, so it was easy to relax and chat. Prices seemed pretty fair too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I'd probably come back when I'm in the area again.“

“Unfortunately, our experience at Wild Bill’s in Fargo was frustrating from beginning to end. When we were seated, our server seemed visibly annoyed about getting another table. We then waited more than 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and receive water—we were genuinely about to walk out when he finally came over.

The rest of the meal required us to manage our own service. We had to ask for ketchup, water refills, and eventually our tab. Other guests in his section were stuck waiting too: one table had received its bill but couldn’t get him to return so they could pay, while another table was still waiting for their bill.

Meanwhile, our server—listed as JJ J. on the receipt—was sweeping with the focus of a distracted five-year-old, repeatedly stopping to watch the TV. There was apparently enough time for the television, just not enough time to check on the customers.

I understand that everyone has an off day and restaurants can get busy, but customers shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience or have to chase down every basic part of their meal. The food was good, but the service left a bad taste behind.“

“I forgot to do this review earlier, but our servers at the time was Rachel. She has great customer service! She was a blast to talk to and was overall a very fun person to have as our server! She made the experience most definitely unforgettable! The food is delicious and they have many different food and drink options! “I went in with a couple friends to catch the game and ended up staying longer than we planned. The place had a good energy without feeling too packed or over the top loud. Plenty of TVs around so you never really miss anything, even if you're not sitting in the perfect spot. The wings were pretty solid and the fries came out hot, which sounds basic but you'd be suprised how often that gets messed up. Service was friendly too, our server checked in enough without hovering all the time. Overall a pretty easy spot to hang out, watch sports, and just relax for a bit.“

“Tonight we had Jenna as a waitress. She did a great job being friendly, efficient and explained how the tabletop checkout worked. Hey we are boomers! We need that assistance. Food came in a short time and was good. Many years ago I was a waitress in college, my husband ran a kitchen. We both greatly appreciated a job well done by this restaurant.“

“The Local 701 Bar did an awesome job for my husbands 50th Birthday party. The staff was amazing and so great to work with prior and the night of the party. The bartenders made sure the pizza bar was full all night. The food was wonderful and the service was great. The side room has a great set up with your own bartenders. “I went in for dinner and left three hours later convinced I’d joined a suburban cult that worships mozzarella sticks and half-price drinks after 9.
The Riblets arrived sticky, smoky, and emotionally complicated — like texting your ex and ordering another plate at the same time. The spinach-artichoke dip bubbled like a tiny volcano of poor decisions. I made eye contact with a stranger doing the exact same thing. We nodded. No words needed.
Somewhere between the third round of apps and the off-key birthday song, time stopped mattering. The booths were just sticky enough to keep you grounded. The lighting was gas-station flattering.
I left with a to-go box the weight of a small child and the quiet certainty that Applebee’s never really closes. It just waits.“

“Okay, so for me this place has a lot of typical 90s bar and grill nostalgia , but is that ever really a bad thing? Onion rings were so crispy, service was friendly and they really shine on any appetizer type food. The grilled cheeseburger was good too and it came with a cup of tomato soup. It was mid afternoon and I felt hungry so probably ordered too much. I got prompt refills on my soda pop drink and a to go cup too. It was mid afternoon and not all that busy. Has a very casual social vibe and I sat on bar side in a booth. I was happy with my food and visit. Very worthy cheat day food and good waffle fries loaded appetizer too. The waffle fries seasoned just right and they had a lot of good potato flavor.“

“I gave this chicken wings place a try recently and was pretty happy with it. The wings came out hot and crispy, and the sauce had a nice amount of flavor without being too much. I liked that the chicken wasnt overly greasy either. The portions were decent for the price and everything tasted fresh. Service was friendly and my order didnt take too long, even though they were a little busy. Nothing fancy, but its a solid spot when you’re craving wings and want something quick and tasty. I’d probably come back and try a different sauce next time.“
