“This is a hidden gem. The service was great and our food hit the spot. We're just passing through Jamestown ND but we're really happy to eat here rather than one of the chain places. Hondos is at a great location on the reservoir. It's a little out of the way but well worth the drive.“

“The lobby was swamped when we got here due to many other restaurants in the area being closed. The staff here was friendly and efficient, even while more orders came in. They easily could have been frustrated or overwhelmed, but they all maintained a calm, cool & collected energy. Highly impressed!“

“This place is really improving in the last month or so a lot of changes are being made and they are great the staff is getting friendlier the place is getting cleaner the food is tasting better even I don't know what they are doing differently but keep up the good work I see improvement constantly and can tell they are continuing to work on improving glad to see this place coming back to life“

“It's a fast food place, which inherently will not meet everyone's standards. But they consistently get my orders correct, regardless of how obnoxiously specific it can be. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. The waits can occasionally feel a bit ridiculous, but that will happen with a busy fast food restaurant that I'm sure struggles to acquire enough staff. The food has always been good and fresh for me. Removing the staffed registers in favor of automated ordering kiosks was a mistake in my opinion, especially since they don't take cash.“
