Despite attempts to communicate with manager or owner, she did not respond. Her window staff member used credit card information to find out customer name to flirt and send inappropriate pictures thru facebook. Didn’t know who was exactly until he sent his Dairy Queen screenshot schedule. Gave her 7 days to respond.
Slow as a snail, burnt my toast, and the tables were all dirty.

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a popular restaurant that often draws a crowd, making it a busy spot. It is kid-friendly and offers a variety of meals that many guests enjoy. While some staff members are efficient and provide great service, others may need additional training, leading to inconsistent experiences. There have been reports of quick service during busy times, with one visit resulting in a large order being handled correctly and promptly. However, guests have also experienced long wait times, especially in the drive-thru, where lines can be substantial. Orders can be placed through the drive-thru, but customers should be prepared for possible delays.
