“Aiden was outstanding and deserves to be recognized. He had pick up orders, customers in line and the phone was ringing. He handled it all with a smile and great customer service. To top it off, he was working by himself due to a call out. Thanks for the awesome service and sandwiches!!!“

“breakfast lunch custom built to your request. fast friendly. tried a breakfast sandwich for the first time. wow way better than expected. I will try again and again. Flatbread is my preference. reasonable prices make it affordable. Healthy choices“

“The Deli in Bismarck is one of those places you just keep coming back to—because it’s that good. The salads are always fresh, the sandwiches never miss, and the whole place is quaint, clean, and comfortable.

The customer service is always top tier. Friendly, consistent, and welcoming every single time. This has easily become our monthly lunch spot. We’ll talk about trying somewhere new… but honestly, when it’s this good, there’s no need to.

If you want a reliable, feel-good lunch that never disappoints—this is it.“

“I ordered off the app, super easy. Got food for my kids and myself. Delivery missed 3 items for my kids sadly. But when I called to let the store know, the gentleman on the phone was kind enough to help me through the store’s process for mess ups and even offered to deliver the missing items himself. It wasn’t long after he came to me with the drinks and chips. Every well handled and super thankful for the help he gave. My kids are also thankful to finally have their drinks and chips.“

“definitely will be coming back. end of a busy day so they were out of the more popular things but i ended up getting a cajun chicken and it was amazing. great service too“

“This subway is the best I've ever been to. Clean, outstanding staff, doesn't matter who's working their excellent and the food is fresh and the best.Holly, and her family do a great job. Ginger, Juls, Jenny, Carl, Lexi and the night crew do an awesome job.“

“The reason I’m writing this post on this particular subway is because the customer service was stellar. All three of the women that worked were friendly and happy. I have not seen this in a long time in a fast food place. My sub sandwich was excellent. I highly recommend going here because of the exceptional customer service.“

“The crew there tonight was amazing. I had accidentally forgot to order a certain way and mentioned it and that it was my fault completely and just laughed because Of course I forgot 😑 but they offered to fix it and would not take no for an answer! They were kk very friendly and helpful. I give credit where credit is due. GREAT customer service skills. It’s hard to come by nowadays! Keep it up guys!! 😁😁“
