Thin burgers are super DRY…chicken tender are like 2.5-3 inches (like a long nugget). Fries were super greasy. I did a google and got answers that all make sense. Your changes are bad. I know that Carls Jr. is featured in the documentary from the future “IDIOCRACY” but these changes may change the inevitable future for your business.

our food was cold and gave us frisco instead of big roast beef. Service was terrible..Traveling from out of town so couldnt go back..Very disappointed.
