“The store manager Jessica, went out of her way when she was off the clock to fix an issue that I never have had. They were out of cookies and called me to see if I wanted replacements like chips. I said no, and I would ask for refund on the app (where I ordered). Instead…the person working cancelled my order altogether without telling me. I called back and he then said he would just deliver it. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from Jessica asking what the issue was. After telling her the problem, she went to the store, remade all our food, added some goodies and got it on the way to us. I was extremely frustrated and ready to order some place else when she called to make it right. I know issues happen, but Jessica made it right and went above and beyond to fix the issue.“
